Called in the morning for a plumbing issue. The receptionist was very nice but didn’t seem to understand the issues we were having. She transferred us to a manager and he was able to get an appointment set up for the following day. If this was a crisis we would’ve been in trouble but we were able to get by for the additional day. The plumber showed up during the time window estimated and got the job done. Rates are about average. Would recommend.
