Wonderful company. I became a customer years ago when my central air died during a heatwave. The company I had a service contract with wouldn’t even come to look at it for 2 weeks. Alves came that day and I’d never done business with them before. I had to switch to a company with customer service like that. And, they’ve continued to impress me with that same service ever since.
